Hand outstretched, palm up (supination). On the forearm, on the medial [ulnar] side of the radius, 3 cun from the Rén Shì 人士 point, or 1 cun below [distal to] the Kǒng Zuì 孔最 point, LU-6, i.e., 6 cun behind [proximal to] the horizontal wrist crease
