With the palm facing upward [supine], the point is located on the palmar surface, 3 fen to the inner [ulnar] side of and 2.5 fen below [proximal to] the center of the joint of the second phalanx of the ring finger, i.e., 2.5 fen below [proximal to] the Mù Yán Èr 木炎二 point.
