三肩(一) | Sān jiān yī
Location
On the back of the hand, in a depression at the junction between the thumb and index finger bones, i.e., in the center of the first and second metacarpals. Next to the bone, 1 cun to the outer [radial] side of the Hé Gǔ 合谷 point, LI-4 in a depression below [distal]. At a distance of 1 cun from the Líng Gǔ 靈骨 point. Can be needled toward the Chóng Xiān 重仙 point.
