With the palm facing upward [supine], the point is located on the palmar surface, in the cleft (space) at the junction between the bones (metacarpals) of the thumb and index fingers, 2 cun from Hǔ Kǒu 虎口, opposite the Líng Gǔ 靈骨 point, on the back of the hand.
