Location
With the palm facing upward [supine], on a flat surface, the point on the palmar surface, 3 fen to the inner [ulnar] side of and 2.5 fen above [distal to] the center of the first phalanx of the index finger, or 2.5 fen above [distal to] the Mù Èr 木二 point.
