With the palm facing upward [supine], the point is located on the palmar surface of the index finger, 3 fen to the outer [radial] side of and 2.5 fen below [proximal to] the center of the first phalanx, i.e., 2.5 fen below [proximal to] the Dà Jiān 大間 point.
